 At Cat Sofas, your satisfaction is important to us — but due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we have strict return and exchange guidelines in place to protect both our customers and our production process.



❗ All Sales Are Final – Made to Order

Each sofa is made specifically for you once an order is placed. This allows us to reduce waste, optimize craftsmanship, and offer exclusive designs.

For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Delivery delays within the estimated window

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer

  • Aesthetic preferences (e.g., color, size, fabric feel)


 

✅ Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund, subject to the following conditions:

📸 Proof Required:

  • You must email us at info@catsofas.shop within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos or videos of the damage or defect

  • Attach your order number and a description of the issue

We will assess your claim and offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A full or partial replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund (in rare cases)



📦 Return Shipping (if authorized)

If we approve a return or exchange, we will provide instructions for return shipping. Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be:

  • Returned in unused, original condition

  • Packaged safely to avoid damage during return transit

  • Shipped with a tracking number


 

⚠️ Unauthorized Returns

We will not accept any returns that:

  • Are shipped without prior written approval from our team

  • Are returned after the return window has closed

  • Are visibly used, damaged by the customer, or improperly packed

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
